SS Diabetes Care was built in 2009. SS stands for Sidartawan Soegondo, owner/doctor who practice in his own clinic everyday. In SS Diabetes Care, we offers comprehensive management approach in Diabetes all within one building. There are primary, secondary, and tertiary care physicians and you can have you medicine and daily need specially for diabetics.
SS Diabetes Care is the latest breakthrough in the field of diabetes management. This service concept in one building has received attention and appreciation, both from the diabetes community and health practitioners.
Prof. Dr. dr. Sidartawan Soegondo, SpPD-KEMD was born in Amsterdam, 1944. He is a professor of disease in the field of endocrinology at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Indonesia (FKUI), served in the metabolic division of endocrinology, Department of Internal Medicine at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakara. As a dedication to the community, especially the person with diabetes, he became: General Chairman of The Great Indonesian Diabetes Association (PERSEDIA) and for two periods had been the general chairperson, Endocrinology Association (PERKENI). And is considered the "father" of Indonesian Diabetes Educators by The Indonesian Educators Association (PEDI). In its efforts to develop services, research, and training in the field of diabetes, leading the Indonesian Diabetes Institute (INDINA). At the international level, the International Diabetes-Federation executive committee, Western Pacific Region, (IDF-WPR). His profession is a specialist in internal medicine. Endocrinology, metabolic and diabetes consultant at SS Diabetes care, Husada Hospital, and Siloam Hospital TB Simatuang, Jakarta.
